There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

Extraction technique changes depending on the surface — hardwood, carpet pad, and concrete slab all hold and release water differently, so our crews adjust equipment and dwell time to the actual material, not a one-size approach.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process in plain terms upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
Every extraction job closes with moisture readings, not a visual guess at dryness.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
A final moisture meter pass confirms extraction actually reached target levels before we leave.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
"They pulled water from under our hardwood without warping the boards further."
Grace T., Madison"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Madison"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., Madison"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Madison"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., MadisonIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 22727, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Madison address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
